The body wood for this soprano ukulele is English cherry, sourced from a tree surgeon in the North of England. The wood was milled, seasoned and resawn in my workshop in Hebden Bridge.
The fretboard and bridge are UK grown laburnum – one of the hardest woods to grow in the UK.
The neck is poplar, which I purchased as an offcut from a local joinery workshop in Todmorden.
