Today marks a milestone in my progress as a luthier as I completed my 500th instrument.
This one is going to someone I’ve known for many years through the UK uke scene. It is made in English walnut for the neck and body, with a laburnum fretboard and bridge. The sunburst decoration around the soundhole is hand-cut from mother of pearl.
