Another example of my new mandolin range, this flat top mandolin has a more strident tone compared to the all-sapele model.
The body is solid sapele for the back and sides with a top in Engelmann spruce.
The neck is reinforced with a fixed truss rod and has a pao ferro fretboard.
The floating bridge is carved from a single piece of ebony.
Gotoh tuners and a vintage style tailpiece complete the hardware and the instrument is finished with hand rubbed truoil varnish.
